I was referred to Sam’s by BMW of IF. I had minor damage on the front bumper of my 535d. The bumper and grill needed to be replaced and Brylee worked with the insurance company to ensure the replacement parts were original BMW and not aftermarket. The work was performed in less than a week and executed flawlessly. I’m VERY meticulous about my car and let me tell you, these guys did it right. It was even detailed when I came to get it. If you have a BMW with the laser headlights, you don't want to have to replace one out of warranty. The part cost of a single headlight is $6,000; then add the labor. My headlight had significant condensation inside apparently from a breached seal. The guys at Sam's went above and beyond to find a business across the country that repairs and rebuilds these headlights. It took a bit of time due to shipping over the holidays, but the bottom line is my headlight was rebuilt for about one-tenth (yes 1/10th) the cost to install a new one. These guys are all about what's best for the customer. Thank you!

Went in to ask about some minor paint chips on the hood of my car. They matched the color and sold me some touch up paint. They showed me how to apply it and were very helpful and professional.
