These guy are the BEST! Fast, honest, reliable. I was stranded with rear flat tire in Berkeley late at night with my family. I called so many places but they showed no care or urgency and were charging ridiculous prices because they knew I was stuck. But Mario came to the rescue, had all the right tools, changed my tire really fast, and charged a very fair price. The best part? He checked my other tires for safety and found that my other rear tire was also stripping away, took it off to show me, and he was right! If I kept driving I could’ve had another flat on my way to Sacramento. So I had him replace that one too. They serve all of the Bay Area so I recommend you guys to call them for your tire needs! 10/10 experience!

Called them today for my wife. She had a flat tire on highway near Richmond , he literally showed up 10 minutes after i called , brought a new tire and changed it for a low price in 15 minutes, she was impressed. Definitely recommend working with this company

Mario is absolutely the best! I found a nail in my tire and he came over in 20 minutes. He was very communicative of ETA and once he got here, he was done in 30 minutes. He was very quick, I was so impressed. If you ever have tire troubles, I highly recommend calling him. His prices were very decent too. Such an honest, hardworking man and very very humble!

Mario was amazing! He was very responsive via text and gave accurate times on when he would be able to come. It was super convenient for him to be able to come to my work to get my tire repaired as I work a pretty difficult schedule for traditional 9-5 shops. I thought the price was fair for the service (and I appreciate that it was discussed up front). Also a very nice guy. Hope I don’t get another flat but I would definitely use his service again. Definitely recommend! 10/10! I unfortunately got a flat tire on my way home from work tonight and was stressing on where I could get a repair at 5:30 PM. I found Primo after a quick google search, gave a call and got Mario. Mario was very nice, professional, and quick! He arrived within 30 minutes of the first call and made the whole situation stress free! Pricing was great and reasonable! I will definitely be calling Primo again, if I ever need more quick, affordable tire services and will be recommending them to my friends and family!!!
