I am a 100% disabled combat veteran in Leesburg, GA. After 15 PCS moves across the country while on active duty, I can say without a doubt Prince Toyota is by far the worst Toyota dealership I have ever dealt with. To be clear: this complaint is solely about Prince Toyota. I still say if you love your family, buy a Toyota. So I refuse to believe Corporate is aware of how bad customer service is at Prince Toyota. And after driving Toyotas my entire life, I refuse to believe Corporate realizes how little attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity exists at this location. Made an appt for the first service on our new Traverse purchased in February. When I scheduled the appt for the service, I told the guy I spoke with that the seats weren't cooling properly and wanted that checked also. My wife and I drove 45 miles to the dealership this morning, and when we arrived, We were told that we would have to schedule another appt to have a diagnostic test to check the seat cooling problem. Not happy.

The worst experience ever. I have a 2016 that was severely damaged. They told me they'd stand behind their work with a lifetime guarantee. When I pick up the car I drive over an hour away home and realize the passenger door doesn't open. I also noticed dripping in the paint. I call them and they send a tow truck out immediately to pick it up. They return it a few days later with a fixed door handle but still dripping and rough spots in the paint. The tow truck driver tells me he would've never had his car repaired there and that the paint guy was hurt and they had someone not certified painting. They bring it back for the second time. The rough spots are gone but there's still dripping. I don't call them back as I need the vehicle and don't want to rent vehicles any longer. About a week la
