My boyfriend and I ended up coming to this dealership to get his car serviced. When we inquired about a courtesy vehicle to handle a few errands while we waited for his car to be service we were denied. A variety of grumpy old men told us it’s company policy not to allow vehicles to be provided to customers while waiting for their car unless they purchased it from this specific dealership.
