Princess Craft RV

I just bought a used NuCamp 320! I feel like I got a good and fair price without any high pressure sales tactics. Even on a used trailed, the service department totally went over it, charged it, up filled it with water and propane and made it camping ready for me without any "prep fees". Then the lead tech showed me every feature and function so I knew how to use everything. He also taught me how to winterize it and some little "gotchas" to be on the look out for! In that process, we found one minor issue which they corrected before I left at no charge (its used -- it' not supposed to be perfect but they made it 100% anyway! ) Then another tech helped me hitch up and instructed me on best hitching/towing practices, 90% of which I knew but it is always good to make sure you are doing thin

Great staff. Helped me get my camper set and ready to go quickly. Drove in from out of state to pick up the camper. Would definitely do it again.

We are very happy with the work performed by the Princess Craft service team. Bobby kept us informed when parts arrived and scheduling time when they could be installed. We got to meet with Daniel the lead person working on our camper. We went over the specifics of what we wanted. When the installation was completed both Bobby and Daniel worked with us to understand how we hook the camper to our Jeep to be towed. They took it apart allowing us to put the towing system back together while monitoring us and providing guidance and their expertise as needed. They went beyond what we expected to get us ready for heading out on the road. Thank you Bobby and Daniel, and the Princess Craft team. Keep up the great work Mark and Nicida

About a year ago, I bought a Lance travel trailer from Princess Craft and had an overall positive experience. I’ve also used their service team at least a couple times maybe 3. Each time was for warranty work. I’d like to shout out PJ for her friendliness during the sale. It was very to meet her after watching the YouTube videos for sometime. Our sales person was Lucas, very laid back but super helpful and very responsive to all our phone calls and emails - thanks! And our service coordinator has been Angela. Angela treats us like family and she too is very responsive to texts and questions. Finally, there are too many others there that have been very helpful and supportive. I can’t recall everyone’s name - but thanks!!! Great gang over at PC - I highly recommend them for your next purchas
