Pristals has worked on my car for the past 3 years. Their shop and waiting area is clean and tidy. Krystal is super professional and easy to communicate with. Getting appointments has been very easy and with very short wait times. All their repair work, from changing oil to more extensive work has been completed accurately. They also have a great complementary drop off/ride service if needed. I would highly recommend them.

I love bringing my 1995 Jeep Wrangler here. They were helpful to me from day, one of getting it, and setting a plan to have it up and running as best as possible. I just got my front and back differentials done and look forward to more work next year. Not only have they been kind to me, They have also provided me a means home after dropping off my vehicle.

I always get great service, fast turn around, and most importantly a fair price. I dont get over sold on items because of just mileage and any suggested service comes with pictures and not just a because I said so. Customer service is top notch.

I absolutely hate to leave a negative review. But I went in for an emissions test, and they broke off a connector to my gauge monitor system, even though I showed them this picture before they started as a "heads up". The part that annoyed me was the guy at the desk just said "Yep, it's broke. That'll be $18.50!" Seems like they should fix the wire connector since they broke it? No such offer. Pretty disappointing! For some odd reason, Google won't let me upload the photo I shared with them, oh well!

Provided a very thorough and detailed inspection report and estimate for the required repairs. Completed the work quickly. Would highly recommend Pristal’s.
