I am a Mattoon native that now lives in the Chicagoland area. I was in Mattoon for a few days and decided to call Pristine Auto for an interior detail. When I picked my car up it looked incredible. I had been considering buying a new car but this detail instantly killed those thoughts. I am in love with my car, again! He was very professional and had excellent communication. I will be a returning customer in the future!

I have lived in Charleston for the last two years and decided to try and find a place locally to detail my Acura rather than going back to my home town of Indy. There weren’t a lot of reviews so I decided to take a chance and it came out amazing. A lot of places may miss the cracks in between or small corners but Pristine Auto truly did a great job. I’d highly recommend it.

Pristine Auto detailed my 04 Harley Ultra Classic. The paint "Pops", the black shines, and the chrome glistens. The results exceeded expectations. Excellent results with small town pricing! Highly recommend!

I am kicking myself that I did not take before and after photos because they would AMAZE you!!! Had our 2003 Yukon xl cleaned so we can sell it. Wanted it to look as good as possible, but really did not have expectations that it would come out as incredible as it did. Blew us away! We bought it from a used lot about 10 years ago and it looked newer and more immaculate after this detail than it looked the day we bought it!! I can't imagine the amount of time it took to get it this way, but I feel like we were way undercharged for the way it turned out. Absolutely recommend Pristine Auto and will happily return again. Impeccable service and incredibly fair pricing!

Five stars. He made car look and smell brand New. He let me know a few things that needed fixed. I just love how he looks out for customers best interest. Very professional job. I will definitely be back and spread the word.
