Ultimate Car Wash

Put $12 in for nice wash and entered as usual but it never started washing. After backing up a little and trying again... nothing. I had to back completely out and try again using another $9. It worked this time but I lost $12.

Nightmare from hell. lol. Should have been cheap and simple Washed our vehicle. But unfortunately the presoak and several of the other features did not work so I only have soap and water to wash with and still was charged. Then the stop button would not stop at first. My daughter helped me to get it to stop. We got the number off the door. I told the owner the issue. She sent me several text and calls basically calling me a lier. She sent me a video of myself and daughter washing the vehicle and said you got the full wash. I explained nicely that we did not get the features and it was only soda and water. It would not give me pre soak or spot free or the other features. Long story short , I only wanted her to know that it wasn’t working correctly. Instead she harassed me on man

Business has not updated the phone number for this business since they bought it roughly 15 years ago. The phone number that everyone calls when they have an issue belongs to a friend of mine; not the businesses.

This place sucks. Owners are rude and obnoxious people. Place needs shut down. Horrible behavior by the owners.

Owner will give you a hard time for putting trash in their can & the automatic carwash is way outdated and don't clean very good, but would be a good place for a real carwash
