I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. When I picked up the car, there was a small dent that I noticed, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it and accepted the vehicle as-is. Less than a week later, the check engine light came on. The manager, was extremely pushy and unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to help, he came across as aggressive and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable For a dealership selling vehicles, it’s unacceptable for a car to develop a check engine issue almost immediately after purchase. This raises serious concerns about whether the vehicle was properly inspected or if known issues were ignored. This was a great car buying experience. The communication was great and they were not “pushy” salesman. Skip was great from the start. Helped me analyze each of choices and did well explaining the financing process as well. Regie was also great in the helping me get financed. When I found an issue with the back seat of my Explorer the day after buying, they worked with me to get it in and take a look.
