I was in there several times for a family member and Paul and the other gentleman greeted me when I entered. Every time. The lobby and waiting area where not what I expected. CLEAN,COMFORTABLE, lots of seating,large tv and CLEAN coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods.The work that needed to be done on my family members truck was done in timely manner and the cost was reasonable so when I needed my car worked on i took it to Pro1. They fixed it that day and final cost was $200 under quote. Pro1 is now my go to shop.

Stop in to get a diesel smog, was greeted upon entering. Service Tech took my keys, grabbed my truck and smogged my truck and was done in about 15 mins. State up'ped the fees apparently to $50 now but the team at Pro 1 Automotive was professional and fast. They are friendly, offer a clean waiting room with seating, coffee, water and customer restroom. Television available and on playing something (sorry didn't pay attention to what was on). I was working in Reno, and I had a check engine light come on my dashboard. Stopped by Pro1 Automotive and the crew took great care of me and my truck. Ended up just being a worn radiator cap. Paul, Dustin, Eddie and the boys were prompt, professional, courteous, and so helpful. These guys are honest, professional, and they genuinely care about you and your vehicle. Highly recommend!

Towards the end of January, I brought my 2004 three-quarter ton Chevy Duramax diesel in to have a service change. Since that time I’ve had to come back twice! First to have the housing for the fuel filter replaced, which seems odd seeing how there was nothing wrong with it prior to be bringing it in. And second to have the moisture sensor on the fuel filter that you replaced, “replace again”because it went bad and I was getting a warning code that I had water in my fuel! Ever since then, my truck has been idling rough I will be taking it in to another service center to have your work. Double check at my own expense!!! Our vehicle overheated. We were towed from Loveluck NV to Pro 1 automotive based on a referral from AAA. This took place late Wednesday night prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. We used the night drop and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning, when the shop reopened. Dustin and his staff were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our car. It turned out that the radiator cap had broken and the spring was inside the radiator. They were able to retrieve the spring supply, new radiator cap and replenish the coolant. They also supplied us with additional coolant for our trip back to California just in case. It was a challenging/frustrating experience for the holidays for sure with a positive ending and that the repair was far less expensive than we thought it might be. And most
