Pro Body Shop

This body shop did an incredible repair job on my car. They worked with my insurance company, rejecting low quality parts they tried to convince the shop to use. And, they could not have been kinder. Fred and the crew are not only good at their work but are wonderful people, too.

I had a good amount of damage to the passenger side of my Ford F150. Headlight gone, rearview mirror gone, Window smashed and all over the interior of the vehicle. Door smashed in, damage all along the side of the vehicle. I took it to Pro Body, a small family type business. Not a franchise or part of the chain. It took a couple of weeks to get the parts and do the work, which seemed appropriate. The truck looks good as new! I thought the sparkly paint might be a problem, but it looks perfect. Given the damage, I thought I might have to settle for a “pretty good job“. But the work was really excellent. My truck is happy and so am I.

I had the worst experience with this body shop! First time, the work was unsatisfactory due to bumper not fastening correctly. Got insurance adjuster to approve factory bumper. Second time, paint did not match, bumper still isn’t fastened and there’s a dent on my fender from the bumper not fastening properly. The owner did agree to a 3rd attempt after I got estimates from 2 other entities, one being the dealership! I close to eat it and let my car be! Why go for three? Very dissatisfied and disappointed in their workmanship!

I was able to get an estimate immediately on my first visit. Other body shops advised me they could schedule an appointment for an estimate four to six weeks after my initial visit. As well, Pro Body was able to fix my problem for around one-tenth of the cost of the shop that did give me an estimate. The car is near perfect now. It took about 5-6 business days to get the part in and do the work. The work was completed before lunch on the day I brought in the car. The owner, who does the work, was cordial and easy to work with, as was the staff. Pro Body even washed and vacuumed my car before returning it to me. The whole experience was great and I recommend Pro Body Shop without hesitation.

Frederick and everyone at the shop saved me today. A paint can fell off a truck I was driving behind and I had paint all over my car. I called Pro Body Shop and the sweetest woman said come on down so we can look at it. They all jumped in and removed the paint and gave my car a beautiful wax job. It was only as I was paying I learned they don’t really do this type of service, more collision work but when he saw my situation he knew if they didn’t get it off right away, it would never come off. WOW! Talk about going above and beyond for a stranger. He got all hands on deck and worked past 6 pm to do a service they don’t even do. Thank you Pro Body Shop!! I will never go anywhere else!
