Pro Collision

Ronnie at ProCollision is fantastic- my car was there for an insurance repair to the rear QP. They fixed that flawlessly, but had reinstalled the top incorrectly, and the satellite radio was now no longer working. Despite my car being extremely rare these days, Ronnie owned everything, kept at it until they got everything right. I still have a new problem I just found last night- the interior of the trunk is now wet after it rains - I think the trunk seal or badge is loose, but I'm going to handle that one myself. Ronnie and the team did the best they could in a tough spot. Lots of shops would've found an excuse not to correct the issues or to blame something else, especially on a discontinued 6 year old convertible, but Ronnie didn't. Highly recommend! Thorough during inspection process to give us a realistic estimate. While they were fixing our car, they realized that less work was actually needed, so they called us to inform us that they were reducing the cost. Detailed the car before we picked it up, as well. Couldn’t have a better experience.
