3rd go around did not get treated as I did the first 2 times. My truck was left on the back burner for 3 months and I got it back in worse condition than when I took it there. Will not be returning to this shop for any further work on my vehicle.

The absolute best customer service I have had at a diesel shop this far. I haven’t gotten my truck back yet but I have had many friends recommend me to this shop as a new local to PA. But I have no doubt that my truck is in good hands. Will update when I get my truck back. it’s only been 6 days. So I’m not worried.

They tried telling my buddy that his motor is bown up even though it runs perfectly fine and we're trying to do things to the truck and not even do what he brought it in for

Been taking my truck to these professionals for about 3 years. Recently had an oil leak taken care of and as always all my expectations were met. There customer service is second to none and staff is always helpful and friendly. Tried some of their competitors in the past but just got screwed around either the truck sat for weeks waiting to get looked at or they'd act like they didn't want to tackle larger jobs...not the case with Pro Diesel Werks. Their Preventative Maintenance program is great too they remember to take care of all the stuff other shops neglect ie transmission cooler flush, differential oil changes and transfer case service. I will not take my truck anywhere else.
