These guys (and gals) are basically the Avengers of alignment shops. I called in with a request so specific, NASA would’ve blushed. Greg, the Service Writer, handled it like a champ. He even had me bring my car in ahead of time to make sure it would fit on the lift—because apparently “fitting” is a requirement. (Who knew?) The crew looked it over, gave each other that “yeah, we got this” nod, and booked me for the very next day. Then I had my truck alignment done and again they are perfectionists. NEVER worry about the job done here!! These are the guys i've been looking for for a lot of years.

I was traveling and had serious issues with my truck. Justin and the whole crew went out of their way to get me fixed up and back on the road! Even sent me to a competitor for tires so I wouldn’t be delayed any longer because they would have had to order them. Stopped in for an inspection. Bad tie rod and ball joints. Fair enough. They were kind enough to include a quote of almost $1,000 do the work. Went home and replaced the tie rods. It cost $100 and took less than an hour. The ball joints were fine. I took it back to get reinspected. They failed it again claiming the ball joint on the passenger side was bad. I left there and took it to a certified dealer and they said the ball joints were fine and they were baffled why anyone wouldn't pass it. Needless to say I would never recommend this place

They will absolutely overcharge you and take advantage of you here. About eight months ago, I brought my car in for a diagnostic — it took four days just to get results, and I was charged around $140. They insisted the issue was a dirty throttle body and air filter, but it turned out to be a faulty EVAP system — which I had suggested from the start. They also claimed several other components were failing. I later had my power steering pump and rack and pinion replaced after they told me both were bad and quoted me over $1,000. Turns out, it was just the lines. I also had a master cylinder replaced for nearly $400, but after checking online, I couldn’t find a single part over $200.
