Took a "new to me" SUV with combustion problem, wouldn't stay running unless fed constant gas. Didn't call ahead and never been before! Guy was great, though slight language barrier. He got it in real quick and called next day. Unfortunately he couldn't do much other than diagnostics. Turns out engine is no good. 🫤 He didn't charge anything other than the spark plugs he had replaced, but no labor or diagnostics fees!! I highly recommend. Good honest mechanics can be hard to find! They always meet the expectations of going above and beyond to make sure they can fix whatever wrong with your vehicle. My interactions with the employees are very high. I go in when I need to they are like an extended family. These people are definitely a place you'd want to come to to save some money in your pocket compared to anyone else out there. I've never had any issues with this company and they're very honest and upfront.

That is how i like to be serviced. How could i forget Bill, the sweetheart of the office, was amazing as well!! They have my service for life. Gabby at ProMech is the greatest. This is a trustworthy small shop that will give you and your vehicle the best care. Felix is sweet and gives you straight up answers. ProMech is the only shop I use. Call them today for an appointment and you will see how friendly and honest they are. No I do not work for them.

I went there yesterday I got my AC fixed they are very honest and trustworthyp people, price was exactly what they told me it was gonna be. Price was very good, the mechanic really knows what he is talking about and is honest. I will be bringing my other cars here.
