Pro Sparkle Car Wash

Took my money car wash didn’t work sat there 20 min waiting for it to work never did work. I will be disputing the transaction!!!!! Do not recommend this car wash

I chose the $20 one believing that my car was going to be VERY CLEAN and my car looks the same as before the wash, I went to the Speedway gas station to ask for the phone to report what happened to me. They didn't give me the number and in the surroundings was not a phone to communicate with the owner or manager. FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED I won't go back.

Chose the $10 car wash, put in a$20, no change was given, no contact phone number listed anywhere on the car wash, has a dozen numbers listed on google, none are correct. The employees inside the gas station also don’t have a number for them and just state “nothing to do with us”. Enter at your own risk, if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

I am so disappointed. Your employee was the nicest, funniest young man. I got the $12 wash, he scrubbed front bumper, back bumper and trim. I went through the car wash and my vehicle is not any cleaner. I saw a smudge on my door grabbed napkin to wipe it and it is filthy. I even took a video after I left. I don't know what the issue is but after $12 wash and $5 tip I should have a clean vehicle!

Received a car wash token instead of $0.25 for my change. There was no attendant.
