Last year I gave a 5 star review, well I came back and called upon Protech this time to fix my electric toilet and my water fill station. Protech contacted my Warranty Company for me after they diagnosed both problems and came back and fixed everything, I only had to pay my $200 deductible. But the amazing thing is they didn't try to get me to replace my toilet, they simply replaced the water valve solenoid and now my toilet has never worked better. I also thought I would have to replace my whole external water station as I have done twice before, but the guy just replaced the fresh water fill with a new check valve... which is a fraction of replacing the whole station. Wow, I've never seen a company treat their customers so well and try to save me money as they work on my RV. My only

I can not recommend Pro-tech RV enough. They replaced one of our Grand Design RV A/C units. They dealt with our extended warranty company and kept us informed the entire time. All work was done in a very timely manner. The work was so professionally that during the new unit demo by our tech Alex the entire area he was working in seemed cleaner than we had left it. Alex did a fantastic job replacing the rear window in our Alliance 5th wheel. He was running a bit late from a previous job but Michelle contacted us and let us know when he'd be here. We appreciated the communication and upfront pricing.
