My daughters car got towed from her apartment lot for a slightly outdated parking sticker and when she called and asked about it they said it will be 500 dollars it wasn't even there for 2 days. would not recommend using them.

i called my insurance company for roadside assistance. they referred me to Protow. Their tow operator did so much damage in the 3 1/2 hours he had my vehicle. i arrived home (where my vehicle was towed to find my vehicle half on a flat bed and the rear of my vehicle on the ground. i called the office at protow and told them what was happening, including the the message i got saying my Services were complete , as i am looking at this man struggle to “complete” my service. the office sent someone out to my house . i surveyed the damage to my vehicle (best i could in the dark) and asked for a refund of the tow and asked how these damages were to be taken care of . after calling the business again , i was treated like i had done something wrong. repeatedly told people lie and try to say the to

Towed for snow removal. Don't work with you. Out of theirs hands they said. Had a police report due to being assaulted and it being stolen blood all on the driver's side( so you could tell something had happened). Along with my phone being stolen. Had to pay deductible to get phone to be able to call and find out where my car was. Didn't have the money to get it out instantly. Had to wait until payday. They charge you $50 for sending out a piece of paper. Its over $1500 tongrt out. And to top it all off is the day before Christmas. And they just won't help you out unless you're on the side of the road and you need to spend money, i'm sure they'll be there then.But where are they for the community? Nothing to help anyone out.

I felt guilty about needing a jumpstart because it was so cold and there were accidents all over. I booked them through State Farm roadside assistance. The guy was there within 45 minutes, maybe less. He was nice, and got my car running in about 2 minutes. No complaints here!!

My car has a broken windshield because the flat bed operator didn't sweep gravel off the bed of the tow truck. I reached out to pro tow several times with no response. Unsafe company @
