I was on a trip a couple weeks ago and tranny issues surfaced. Left my F-150 at my daughters and starting looking for a shop. Stumbled across Pro Transmission and glad I did. I haven’t got to drive my truck yet the review on the mechanical side will come later. But as for the customer service it was top notch. April guided me through and helped with the warranty and Danny advised me after their diagnostics and dealing with warranty company. Everything was settled in less than 24 hours and I was able to relax. These 2 were fantastic, extremely professional and just good people. The kind of people you wanna do business with. So last year in March, I had them rebuild the transmission in my vehicle. They did a great job. I took it back because I thought there were some issues with the transmission shifting. Plus, I had recently had an oil change at five minute oil change. In that process, they said that there was transmission fluid leaking. When Danny and his crew looked at it. Found out it was not transmission fluid. It was oil leak. By the way, don’t use those people at five minute oil change at 72 and 29. Apparently they don’t know the difference between transmission, fluid and oil fluid found out that the valve cover gasket was leaking. they started looking around the engine. Found some other issues as well. Found that I also had a coolant leak somewhere. They did a pressure test. Found that it had a slight

I had the pleasure of meeting Danny at Pro Transmutation on March 2025 because I had a 1992 jeep Comanche with unknown transmission problems. They checked it out analyzing and finding the multiple problems then contacted me with a detailed explanation and estimate of what the problems could cost . I agreed to it within 3 days it was determined that a few more problems were found we discussed the cost agreed then the next day it was ready for pickup. They were exact fast and extremely fair in the price. They kept me informed and did exactly what was done on the cost sheet. My truck is fixed runs excellent I could not be happier! Very happy with our service. We needed a transmission fluid change and they were able to get it done the very next morning. Danny was very helpful when we dropped the car off and their shop and waiting area is very nice and comfortable.
