I had an amazing experience with Pro Color after my SUV was T-boned. The damage was bad, but they got everything fixed in a surprisingly fast amount of time. Their work was high quality, and my SUV looks as good as new. A special shoutout to Don Montoya, who was my rep throughout the whole process—he was absolutely wonderful. Don kept me updated, made everything easy to understand, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Pro Color to anyone needing body work or repairs. In November, I brought my car in to have front bumper damage from an accident repaired. From the start, Jay was making sexist comments and being rude. A week later, when I picked it up, my car stranded me at a store because the battery hadn’t been recharged properly. Then, just this last Monday, I took it back again to address the bumper chipping, and once more, the staff was rude, dismissive, and did not take responsibility. The whole experience with this company has been unprofessional and disrespectful, and I would not recommend them. Update: In response to the business’s comment, I want to clarify that no other shop removed or worked on the bumper after their repair. The issue developed under normal driving conditions. I can’t speak highly enough about the team at the Commerce City Pro Color and the work they did on my Tesla. Most importantly, the work they did was fantastic. The car is 8-years old and looked band new, and they also addressed some nagging rattles that I had determined were unfixable. The team was extremely friendly, and as I sat in the waiting room and watched customers come and go, it was clear they really care about their patrons.
