Windways Diesel Emissions

Soooooo glad I took a chance on searching for another Emissions Test Center. First - EXCELLENT Customer Service From the 1st staff (Wayne) who came to assist me, to the final staff (Wendell) who processed the paperwork and payment! UTMOST courtesy and professionalism. Second, was there for about an hour and I was told I came on a busy day. And, I just walked-in or drove-in😉! Third - the EXTRA customer service/understanding of making sure my big van was parked ready to drive out onto the street, knowing I was a relatively new (big) van driver and even had difficulty parking by their bay. Fast and friendly. I was surprised on how quickly they got my diesel truck tested back to me.

We’ve been taking our trucks to Windell for years. The service is always on-point, fast, and friendly. In the past, we’ve been to other places, and we always had to allocate the entire afternoon just to get our emission services taken care of, but not here. It is always a pleasure coming down. Made an 8:30am appt at 6am that morning. They were ready for me when I got there. They took my truck in and 15 minutes later I was swiping my card for payment. Really friendly staff. 10 out of 10, would recommend to a friend. And anyone else.

I used them last year and again this year. Very professional and quick service. I have a large RV and I will be back next year for emissions testing.
