I have unfortunately need to see Procraft too many times this year. But they are great people and have a great business. They have done incredible work all three times I’ve had to see them. And have been great at communicating while repairing my vehicle. They have made the insurance to repair process seamless and taken all the stress you’d think you’d have out of the process. My truck looks as good as new. They even cleaned it inside and out before returning it. Even though it took longer than I expected they did a wonderful job. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Having grown up in the auto body business since I was a kid I am probably a lot more critical than the average customer. That being said, the work Procraft did on my truck after a deer strike was second to none. The paint was smooth and tricoat was very well blended. The body panel gaps were even all over. No trace of overspray anywhere. Paige, Steve, and Cory went way out of their way to fight on my behalf with my insurance company who wanted to cut every corner and save themselves money at my expense. They even fixed the rock chips I had in my hood at a very reasonable price while it was there. Absolutely great people over there! Cory made sure to let me know exact prices was super friendly, treated me like I was an old friend the whole time! Unfortunately got my hood from the company I ordered it from damaged all over one corner was bent almost 180, they had it fixed you can’t even tell it had damage before and paint was matched perfect! More than pleased with their work and will be back! Thank you all over there at pro craft!
