I highly recommend Prodigy Auto Work to anyone who wants reliable and affordable car repairs without the inflated Dealership costs! I have worked with Vlad and Mark, and am happy to say that they are professional, honest and thorough gentleman. I have taken my cars to them for last three years, my only regret is that I wish I had known them sooner!

Drove 4 hours to buy a car from Indianapolis, IN and talked with a guy for 2 days to buy it before we drove up. Rented a car and drove all the way there and they were selling it as we pulled in. Do not waste your time getting a car if you don’t live within 30 minutes or they will sell it.

My experience here was awful and I have made a report to the BBB. I came in to purchase a vehicle on a Saturday, which was going to be my son’s first car. I was going to follow thru with the purchase but they did not have the title in hand. It was at another location apparently and they had already closed. Because of the guy I spoke to, Mark, reassured me that I could leave a refundable deposit so they hold the car until the title arrives but if I “decide to keep looking and find another car, let them know and my deposit would be refunded” I also let them know that I would not be able to come back to complete any paperwork or sale til Tuesday. I had a flat tire on my Tesla Model S (with foam-insulated tires), and this shop did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable about Tesla-specific tires, efficient with the repair, and provided great customer service. The whole process was seamless, and I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend them for Tesla owners! They also do a lot more work than tires!
