Awful experience. They had my car for over 4 weeks just to still not know what the issue is after $700. No communication and will replace brand new parts you just installed to charge you more money. Stay away.

The very first time we used PAR we had a good experience. Good prices and quick service for the most part...despite a rude receptionists who apparently has poor scheduling techniques... Well fast forward to recently when we had another issue pop up we decided to come to PAR again. Well after some calls to explain our issue and try and get the vehicle in we were told they would give us a call back to give us availability. We waited for over an hour for that call back (told it would be 10/15 min). OK cool. Felt ignored but were busy so it was workable. While waiting we experienced another symptom of the car acting wonky so we called to get an update and ask what might be going on now with thrle car given new data and the receptionists got rude with my wife during the conversation and hung u

***** WARNING**** DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to this PLACE!!!! I had an experience where i had transmission work done! They kept telling me to come in tomorrow be finished when i call! It took them almost 3 weeks. The people answer phone are unprofessional. My vehicle leaks fluids, transmission is NO GOOD! They were paid a lot of money for POOR SERVICE! Seeking another Auto SHOP to follow up on there SCREW UP! They act like it NOT THEIR FAULT! No Accountability!
