Professional Tire

I sent them an email with a picture asking if my tire could be repaired. They were quick in their reply. I made an appointment online.They completed the repair promptly. Everyone was friendly. The leak was fixed. The cost was reasonable. I am very happy and will return.

I was on the highway and had a flat. I’ve been meaning to go to professional tire for a while since a different (popular advertised )tire place has been pissing me off with their BS. They were very courteous. The price was reasonable. They were able to order two of the same tires for a little later that afternoon that I already had on. Shortly after they arrived, they did the job and I was good to go.

I had a Great experience at Professional Tire I dropped my car off to get the brakes done at 9am and it was completely done by noon. On top of that I got an oil change which I was unaware I needed, and the price was very satisfactory. Andre did an outstanding job and I will definitely be coming back.

I had outstanding service from Professional Tire!!! Because of the snowy, icy, inclement weather we have been having, I had an emergency with an ice dam damage to my property. On my way there to inspect the damage, I had a flat tire. I immediately called Professional to explain my situation. They assured me they would do their very best to either repair or replace my tire in expedient time. Professional Tire did not let me down. Within one hour, I had a new tire on my car, because the old tire had a damaged wall, which they showed me, and was not safe to repair and drive with. Talk about professional, kind, and efficient, they truly give 5 star service!!! You won’t be disappointed with Professional Tire’s A+ service!!!

Let me say right out of the gate...THESE ARE NEW OWNERS! Like anyone else, I ALWAYS check the reviews online before visiting a business. When you see a few questionable reviews, you wonder. I like to support local businesses so I investigated further and found that these owners have just recently taken over this business and have nothing but GREAT reviews! When I went in, I was met by the owner, Rod, who was incredibly nice and ready to help! I had a spare that was flat and a tire on my vehicle with a low air warning. He got his people right on it. They found the problems, patched the tire and I was back on the road in minutes. All the employees I met were friendly and very helpful.
