I had the best experience. After being quoted by another tow company they were going to charge me approximately $300.00 to tow less than 5 miles, and it wouldn'tbetowed today eventhoughit was 11:00. I hung up on them called Professional Towing the guy on the phone was extremely Professional and advised it was only going to be $17.00it would be an hour. The tow guy Cedric Cruz showed up 25 minutes later . He was also extremely Professional and excellent at his job less than half an hour later my truck was at the repair shop. I would recommend Professional Towing to everyone. Thanks Jeff

John was the Man!! He came to pick me up as soon as he could, he was there in a flash! We had great conversation while he drove me back home! Very personable, and very friendly! He is so awesome, he was even willing to put my car in the garage where I normally park it. He made sure I was taken care of and made the whole towing process a breeze and very helpful! Thanks John, I appreciate you and your willingness to go the extra mile for me! This man deserves a raise!

Geico dispatched them to come tow me 11 miles which was covered. When I called to confirm, they told me it would cost $120. They knew the mileage was what was covered but claimed the system said it was over the mileage. I think they just did not want the job. I had to get geico to dispatch a different company which I gave 5 stars to.

When my local government decided to kidnap and torture me for 24 hours over a freaking traffic violation, this company towed my car. Although I don't approve of anyone working with our terrorist government for any reason, I don't hold it against the company. Their customer service was top-notch, and I got my car back without a scratch on it.
