I have taken my truck for a review and a smog check, I have been treated friendly and respectfully. The lady who attends the business is very nice and helps with all the papers to complete. The gentleman who performed the smog check is a very kind person. I will recommend this Star Certified station for anyone who needs a smog check well done, fast and effective!

The smog test took 30 minutes and the person was polite very polite. The game changer was the coupon from their website: as soon as I showed the coupon, the whole nice-guy, customer-friendly theme changed! Here is what I remember: (1) "you should have shown the coupon first", (2) I am just an employee, the owner does not accept this coupon, (3) the coupon is for 15 years ago! It just seems that the businesses on this row are slowly going out of business, e.g. had a worse experience at Big O Tire. They run these scam coupon to bring people in...

Another good experience. Got my smog check done, no drama, no surprises, reasonable price with coupon from website. I have had 6 or more smogs on 4 different cars and never a problem.

Really friendly staff and probably the cheapest place in town for a smog check. But check your mileage on the smog report. I had two cars done here. The first they added 100,000 miles to the report and the second was 20,000 short. Maybe the tech just needs glasses. They corrected the reports, so they stood by the work, but I had to make an extra trip back for one of the corrections.

Whish I can put zero stars. These people are a scam! Cars come in with a check engine light on, that's a automatic fail for a smog check. These people still test the cars and take people's money knowing that's going to fail. When they can easily tell you as soon as they turn on the car and see the checknengine light on. Sucks that you cannot trust anyone now a days.
