I’m trading out a hold of my contact of my father and they were so reluctant to give me information of how to get a hold of him. Talk to you four different people nobody could find where he was at, but nobody could explain to me that he needs a cell phone in the room because they don’t have regular phones in the room Kathy, who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional Cynthia the person who handles the patient extremely rude unhelpful didn’t give me any information. Wouldn’t give me any information. Treated me like I couldn’t put 2+2 together. I was asking her questions and I was not getting any answers. I was getting silence like I am not a person that is allowed to be there. I haven’t even gotten through to find out how I could even get a message to my father. they are no help w

This place is a joke. Their Memory Care ladies want to say they don't feed them by hand if needed. they do the worst job of babysitting ever. If you take clothes in there and you come back a week later all will be gone and in somebody else's room. I would never send my grandparents here ever

My mother lived at Promenade Senior Living for almost 7 years, through 3 community owners. She was a happy resident, finding much friendship, activity, and care. During her last 6 months she required much more care, and the staff responded with compassion and love. They truly did love our GG!

We needed a month of assisted living care for my husband. We visited several facilities and decided that Promenade suited our needs best. We made a great choice. The staff was friendly, kind and professional and very engaging. They made sure my husband didn't just sit in his apartment while I was gone. The residents are also very friendly and enjoyed my husband's outgoing and sweet personality. The facility is very clean and well maintained. There's great atttention to the safety of the residents. The meals are great. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents physically and mentally active. Promenade is a gem and I hope this review encourages others to visit and consider Promenade for their loved ones.

They still owe me money for two gigs in 2024, even after repeated attempts to collect including in-person visits.
