Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change

Just had an oil change at Prompto in Auburn and was super impressed! They were incredibly fast! We didn’t even have to get out of the car which is great with 3 kids. They explained everything they were doing in a clear, friendly way. The price was great too. Quick, honest, and affordable service. Highly recommend!

Bought expensive windshield wiper blades and paid to have them put them on. They literally didn't install one of them and I didn't find out until the next day when it just flew off my car.

Great experience. Quick, kind, and great price. Tech showed me my engine filter and asked if I wanted a new one without it feeling pushy. Got me a price check and put the new one in right away. Synthetic oil change and new engine filter cost me the same I had paid for oil change only at previous places. Also cleaned my windshields without asking. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.
