Justin is the absolute best. Had an insurance claim after my bed rack broke my back window. Took extra care and used the correct tools to replace my window without harming the paint behind the glass. Communicated through every step of the process. Would recommend to anyone!

Not the greatest service and the guy must be hard at hearing, i ordered two side glass widows and he only orders one, not only did he waste my time but my wife's to because we came from out of town. He was rushing to put the one window in because he was to worried about going hunting. Not a good experience with Pronghorn Auto Glass LLC

He even went above and beyond by cleaning a big spill on my dash while he had the windshield out. On top of that, his prices were slightly lower than the big chain competitors. Pronghorn Auto Glass was inexpensive, the least expensive of 3 bids in Great Falls for my camaro windshield, provided quick service, and did a great job. From the initial phone call, to dropping the car off, and coming back to to pick it up, Justin was extremely professional and personable.
