PRO'S COLLISION LLC

Not a good start for a business transaction. My father called them to make an appointment to fix his car. The appointment was made on a day where my father could drop the car off then go to the airport to head out of town on a trip. When he showed up at 2:30pm on a Tuesday the business was closed, gate locked and no one was answering the phone, the mailbox was full too, so there was no ability to leave a message. No explanation. My father had to unexpectedly drive his car and park in long term parking, without getting the car fixed so he has that to look forward to when he returns. Hopefully their bodywork is better than their clerical, administrative work.

Pro's Collusion did an amazing job on my Charger!! After someone slammed my car I was so sad, I wasn't sure they could match the paint. Julian was really nice and showed me exactly what needed to be done. Very helpful and it didn't take forever. My car looks brand new!! I recommend these guys if you need your car fixed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was involved in an accident prior to a cross country move that resulted in a large amount of rear-end damage. The staff at Pro Collision was extremely helpful and got my car fixed very quickly for the amount of damage! I couldn’t be happier! It looked like it was brand new. In addition, when I picked it up there was a sensor that needed to be recalibrated and Rafo got it straightened out right away! I am very grateful and highly impressed. If you want excellent work done in a timely manner I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here!!

My Jag came out superbly. Perfect match of the white paint, good workmanship. Now, my Mercedes was pock marked by the recent hail deluge. I am confident the workmanship will be equally as competent as was the work on my former car. The folks at Pro's are easy to communicate with, both professionally and personally. I have recommended Pro's and will continue to do so.

Did not match my factory paint did not replace (PARTS) acted like they were doing me a favor and used, used parts this is no where close to 5 stare place . They couldn't even put the bumper on right and left my lights lose as well. Took 3 weeks longer then it should and couldn't get parts until I sighed the insurance check over. SMH.
