Proshine Hand Car Wash & Detail Center

The staff is very thorough and kind. I only had the basic exterior package done with no appointment and was in and out under an hour. I thought it would take longer with the number of vehicles present, but the staff is on top of things. My SUV looks so shiny, which is greatly appreciated after it wound up covered in sand, seaweed and other grime since my dad powerwashed his boat on our driveway so everything stuck to my SUV. The pricing is great and I signed up for the loyalty program when I went to pay. I definitely think all the packages are fairly priced.

I decided to try Proshine for the first time after seeing the photos and was pretty excited. While the exterior of my car looked okay at first glance, the details were disappointing. My front bumper still had dirt left on it, and the roof still had bird droppings that weren’t cleaned off fully. For a professional car wash, I expected more attention to detail. Unfortunately, I was let down on my first visit. Furthermore the $60 isn’t a big deal but I’ve definitely had better with less out of my pocket

Took my car here for the first time. The place is very nice and seems like it has great potential and everyone is super nice. Problem I have is for the price that I spent for the executive package I don’t think it was worth it. They cleaned half my car and left pollen on the passenger side. They only basically cleaned the driver side of the car great. Also my car had dry water streaks all on the door which I’ve taken my car to other car washes and have never had as many as this. When they finished I checked the trunk and thank god I did because it was full of pollen so the lady cleaned it but didn’t seem to happy that I had mentioned it. Overall for the price I believe it’s not worth it if you’re not going to clean out the whole car and I hate to complain but from what I see it just seems

I have been going to this facility for years now and I am always happy to return. The quality of work is the best you can get and the owners along with the staff are purely hardworking yet polite all the time . When you pay for quality it shows . I highly recommend to anyone this business. Thank you for such great work guys.

I feel bad doing this. I was at the car wash today and this young child decided he was going to rev my car not only in the wash bay but outside as well. First of all do not disrespect a person by rev’ing their car. I put a lot of time energy and money in to my car, and I am NOT going to allow a child to be immature with my property. After telling the owner this he asks me if it’s a stick. REALLY!!!??? What difference does that make if your employee is disrespectful towards your customers? I’ve been coming here since 2020 and if this is how your employees are going to g to treat my property it’s time for me to stop driving 14 miles to your business and find a car wash closer to home that respects my property and investment.
