Pro Sto did a great job replacing my son's windshield. They used genuine Ford parts. We had absolutely no issues throughout the whole process. They were pleasant and professional. Jose replaced the windshield and calibrated it. Our last experience (with Safelite) had me nervous, but we had a great experience with Pro Sto.

I had such a great experience with Prosto Auto Glass today! I originally had an appointment scheduled with Safelite, but they canceled on me twice, both times last minute with different excuses, which was incredibly frustrating, to say the least. I really needed my windshield replaced and felt completely stuck. Thankfully, my sister found Prosto Auto Glass, and I’m SO glad she did! I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, which was such a relief. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. After the blizzard, I had a tree fall on my car and shatter my whole rear window. I was devastated and looking to get my window replaced as soon as possible. I looked at multiple places and received outrageous prices and long wait times to get my window repaired. However, when we called Prosto we spoke with Dan, he was very nice and gave us a way more affordable price than any other establishment. He told us we could drop it off that same day we called to get it repaired and it will be ready the next day. Fortunately for me, him and his crew decided to stay late passed their closing time to get my window repaired that same day and allowed me to pick it up within a little under two hours after dropping it off.
