I am writing to give thanks to the staff at We Buy All Cars in NJ for working with me in order to resolve what was to be done with my out-of-service vehicle. From the beginning, when communicating with me through text, arranging for the towing service to pick up and bring my vehicle to them, and through our in person meeting about the vehicle, the staff was informative and clear as to what was needed from me, as well as the resolution to this problem that I had...a vehicle that reached the end of its life all too soon due to a failing transmission. Very disappointed with this company. A staff member of “We Buy All Cars In NJ Voorhess Township” was very rude to my grand father today. I was inquired that this employee first name is Jason. Yesterday the employee by the name of Catherine was very respectful to my grandfather and they agreed for today at 1pm to meet but the guy rudely said “they will be closing early soon” We replied saying “We understand but sadly this man began cursing saying we should of been prepared earlier for their driver and that they get 75 people calling a day and that my grand father isn’t a important customer.” 1 star shouldn’t be there but I had to push 1 star in order to post.

Jason's the Man!!! Very straight dude. Honest and will get you the best possible offers. I will definitely be back and look forward to working with his company again!!
