Prostrollo Chevrolet Service

Had service done on my car payed them 1800 dollars for the repairs had to drive to Wisconsin due to mother in hospital for heart surgery. While in Wisconsin my brakes stopped working and ended up having to get towed and repairs due to a pinched brake line. No one else worked on my car and they say it wasn't them who pinched the line. Tried to blame it on road debris. So now I'm out 400 dollars after paying them 1800 to fix my car. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only did I over pay for the job they did by about 700 dollars im also out another 400 for more repairs

Prostrollo staff was so accommodating to an out of town traveler. Due to the cold weather my tire sensors turned on. I was in their area because of a funeral and had several miles to travel to return home. I called them and they provided tire service with no charge. I was relieved to not be worrying about tires before finishing my journey. Many thanks from a grateful traveler.

Had some trim replaced was done in an efficient manner and the staff was polite and easy to work with 3/23/23 3/19/25 had work done thank goodness for warranty friendly and polite staff
