I brought my car in July 2024 for an inspection and it failed requiring axle repair. The repairs we done by this shop and then my inspection was passed. Fast forward to today, I brought the car by because my driver seat stopped moving. Called yesterday to confirm I could bring the car by today for this issue and was told I could. I get there, and I’m told the mechanic doesn’t work on Mercedes Benz vehicles (but he did a major repair for mine less than a month ago)? I was then told “Mercedes Benz break easily”and that’s why he refused to perform a diagnostic. Very contradictory; why did you all repair my car a few weeks back then? Save your time, and don’t bring your car here. They didn’t even respect my time enough to issue an apology for wasting it.

I don’t know what the owner KEVIN PATTERSON’s problem is with his approach to people or maybe he has a hard life and feels like people owe him respect but as the owner of a business, he should know how to speak to people. I walked in today and wanted to get my truck inspected, the receptionist was explaining to me that they don’t hold spot once you leave the premises and she did a good job at explaining it great in fact, when I asked if paying for it can by pass that (she told me no). Kevin decides to give me the whole thing again (he was on the phone with another customer and looked annoyed). When I told him I understood that and looked him in the eyes (he must have felt his manhood threatened or maybe there’s problems at home.?). Dropped my car off on Tuesday to be inspected on Wednesday. I was told that it wouldn't be done until late. I was ok with that since I was off work. Tuesday came and went with no word. I called on Wednesday to be rudely told that there is no guaranteed time for a vehicle to be finished. I told him that he told me it would be done late Wednesday his response was once again... No guarantees. I told him I had to get to work and he again stated no guarantees and hung up. He makes you pay up front and then doesn't do the job he promised. Three days is unacceptable for a simple inspection. Don't take the job if you can't do the work. Done or not I will pick my vehicle up tomorrow afternoon and get a full refund. Time for a call to the BBB.
