Prowash Car Wash

Most times its ok. This time though. Sunday 7/29 No trash cans 2 of the 3 Vacuums have a hose and one of those, there is no suction. Air dry in the bay is weak and does not blow off water.

I have been using this car wash since 2019. This morning I went through at 8:45 and only one side of the colorful soap came out. Also I did not get the spot free rinse even though I paid for the Platinum. I tried calling the phone number a couple of times to let them know but there is no answer. I love the location and have never had any complaints.

Wash bays where clean Everything worked good. Had good water pressure to get snow an mud off truck. Having a white truck it didn't leave marks or streaks. The time did go a fast so you have to be quick about washing was really my only problem with the car wash.

$3.00 for 4 mins and after using the soap brush I go to rinse. Halfway through my car it started spraying soap out of the rinse hose. Then of course it starts beeping for more money. Before anyone questions did I make sure it was on rinse. Yes it was on rinse and rinsed half of my car before it started spraying soap all over again. So I had to spend more money just to finish rinsing my car. Never have these issues at the West Washington carwash. Even after all that it still didn't get my car completely clean. I'll stop being lazy and just wash at home.

Coin exchanger wouldn’t work so I tried to use my bills and the pet wash didn’t accept that at the time. Used my bank card which I was skeptical about to begin with, and I only used it for 4 minutes of water to rinse my dog and got charged 10 dollars. When it says 7 minute minimum charge for 10 minutes? I called and I asked him if this was normal and he mumbled and Fumbled until he told me he would review the footage for whatever reason and call me back. You can already guess he did not do so. Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t not use your plastic here.
