Joe has given my family a Christmas story that we will never forget. I am divorced with a child. My vehicle was towed to his repair shop. Joe called me and informed me of the bad news. My vehicle had damage beyond repair. To me this was devastating to hear since I had recently incurred significant unforeseen decreased income. I had just started a new job and all the bills were past due including our mortgage payment. My family's savings we're depleted during the time I regained employment.
