I was very disappointed when a van rear ended me while stopped at a red traffic light. After visiting my insurance provider, I immediately drove over to Shannon☺️’s Auto. I had heard about their reputation and it was very positive and it held very true. I was greeted in a friendly manner that even asked if I was OK after the accident. My whole back of my 2025 Nissan Marano was crushed. They just took it from there and took care of the insurance. I received numerous updates throughout the time they had my vehicle. I was so happy to receive it back. And to my wonderful surprise, it was washed detailed beautifully. It looked like a brand new rig—which in fact it was! Shannon’s never ceases to amaze me! The quality of workmanship is beyond expectations. Plus when picking up my truck after they repaired it, was looking like a brand new truck. Even the interior was cleaner than when I took delivery of it new. There is no other body shop that comes close to Shannon’s.

Best auto body in Brainerd! Did a fantastic job with our Lexus. Front end was totally redone, repainted, new radar sensors calibrated and new clear coat. Even detailed the interior. Handled all insurance communication. Communicated with us throughout the entire repair. Would recommend to anyone.

Rob took the time to walk me through the process of how everything will be handled and what I needed to do with my insurance company. He was amazing to work with. Brian and Cody were amazing to work with. Always answered questions I had in a timely manner. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to deal with.

I brought my new vehicle to Shannon's after a deer ran into the drivers side and I had to take the shoulder to avoid a vehicle in my lane taking out a row of mail boxes on the passenger side. They treated me so well. They put me in a vehicle, took care of everything related to the claim and communicated with me almost everyday about the progress. Then they delivered my vehicle to me and helped me swap out my belongings. I am sooooo impressed and my vehicle is absolutely perfect. They even detailed it.
