I took my car to get two new tires and get the rotors turned. I was told up front that there would be a wait, and there was, but that was no problem because I had been told in advance. Unfortunately, the Wendy’s next-door has a no firearms on premise policy and with no way to secure my firearm with my vehicle being in the shop, I walked back and was on the phone with my mother considering DoorDash for lunch. The manager overheard me ask about having food delivered and offered me a ride across the highway to get myself something to eat. He was very courteous about the situation and I appreciate his accommodating. He was incredibly respectful and comfortable to be around. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle around other appointments

Its hard to know what kind of business your dealing with until you actually have a problem. Its easy to take compliments an high fives...but how does one handle accidents an concerns from paying customers?? Well Don't expect them to own up to damages they cause while working on your vehicle..second time using their services an second time I've been let down. Nice friendly staff until you point out their mistakes, then it's another ball game entirely. New vehicle owners beware as well as anyone who takes pride in their rides...you are not getting anywhere without a court date. Owner is unavailable conveniently.

They have a great staff, excellent prices and quick turnaround. I highly recommend them.

Best price I could find for a new set of tires for my truck. Had to return immediately due to shaking as if tires are out of balance. I have returned three times but they tell me it is “road force” and blame it on my purchasing economy tires. I have never had “economy” tires shake my car. They did attempt to re-balance tires several times but the issue persisted even though they told me it was better. After leaving a review the owner contacted me and wanted to make it right. They picked up the truck, swapped out the tires, and returned my vehicle. I appreciate the extra effort to ensure a happy ending. This type of customer service is hard to find.

These guys are the best around. I only shop here for tires and vehicle repair.
