It was a great experience through and through. Everyone was pleasant, professional and helpful. Stephanie from internet sales started off the great service by having the vehicle ready for me to test drive one of the best vehicles Toyota has to offer. Kevin was excellent showing all the great features during the drive on the vehicle I wanted and not settling—he and the sales manager ensured I got the best possible rate. Then Sergio “Mr Nice Guy” was very thorough wrapping things up in finance explaining the details of the loan. I am very happy I stopped in to do business with this team. Thank you!

Not going to give them 5 stars because I think they could have gone a little lower on the price. Need your negotiating skills when dealing with them. If you enjoy the back and forth when purchasing a used car with a trade in, then this is the place for you. I don't know what it's like buying a new car from them, I bought used. As most dealers they are friendly but they are in business to make money. They have to pay for their dealership and employees . I understand they have to make money. It's my job to keep as much of my money as possible. Over all dealer wise it was what I expected. The whole process was fairly fast and somewhat painless. Everyone was curtious and friendly. I would consider buying from them new or used again.

I have leased from this Toyota for about 6 years now. Every experience has been great. This recent experience was phenomenal. Dane with sales really went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted for my growing family! Dane was so thorough and very informative throughout the entire process!
