Pull N Save Glendale

This place does have a decent option of vehicles to pick from. The fact i found the parts i needed for my wifes prius was unexpected but awesome that i did. However fore warned, the prices are ok here, for some things and terrible for others. Overall if you know what you need or how to use a place like this the prices are fair mostly. (Though $57 for a battery they can't test that you picked yourself when they are bot suppose to have batteries in the vehicles for safety reason is a bit steep.) The staff really makes this place worth the visit. They are polite, helpful, and carry a professional positive attitude. They really want to help. The owner is a bit rough around the edges at times and no nonsense taking person. However she is always willing to be helpful and politeish. Haha overall

Hands down the best location! I always find what I need and more! Prices are outrageously great and competitive. Great employees and are very friendly. Huge shoutout to Andrea! She is the absolute best an she’s always so willing to help any way possible! 5 stars from me!

Walked into this place and immediately get treated like Im stealing parts. Their service is just plain rude. And their prices are way high and not the same across Pull and Save locations. Why does a headlamp in the North Phoenix cost less than the glendale location?? I think they make up the prices just based on your appearance. That or if they are having a bad day. These guys are running a scam. No reply can take away from the way they act here. Avoid at all costs.

Lots of good vehicles to part out got the brake caliper I needed. Make sure to bring extra amount of tools. One thing this location needs to do is be on the same page when selling or exchanging parts. One checker was supposed to mark the brake caliper when I bought it. Was treated like I was a thief when I had to exchange the part after speaking to the manager who remembered me when I came in when they opened yesterday The lady gave me a hard time over all the tools I had in my bag. Took out 2 brackets from.my bag. Had no idea what they were for but wouldn't let me take them and threw it in the trash even though they were mine. I didnt want to be there anymore. So I paid for the hinges and caliper and this person dremelled all the parts thos time.
