Pump South Inc

I had trouble with a Versamatic 1" diaphragm pump only about 6 hours of use after purchase, and while I initially got a feeling of hopelessness, as if to indicate that I was on my own, Mike called me back and after I did some basic self-help troubleshooting to be sure I hadn't clogged the pump, fed it dirty air, etc. he stepped up and handled the problem expertly in his shop, swapping out a few defective parts while I waited and watched. While I'm reasonably impressed with Pump South, I'm not so sure anymore about the Versamatic brand. The "Name" in diaphragm pumps is probably Wilden, and there might be a reason why they are the most respected, well-known brand out there. UPDATE 12-18-18 -- I've become pretty convinced that these Versamatic diaphragm pumps just aren't made for anything

Not a whole lot of specialty pumps, they are able to order them in, which I found that the pump I needed even the dealer had to order it. Have a large selection of diaphragm pumps there on site

Horrible customer service and extremely rude sales people. I would highly recommend using anyone else but these people.
