Punta Gorda Car Wash-Self Services

This car wash has seen much better days. If it wasn't so cheap (two dollars for four minutes), I wouldn't wash my car here. The self-service bays are in horrible condition. They should at least use their high-pressure wands and soap brushes to clean the tiles. They are filthy. On several occasions, I had to insert a quarter after I inserted my two dollar bills. I'm not sure if this is a scam, but I would like to know why this happened to me several times. On one occasion, the high-pressure wand was disconnected from the hose, and I didn't notice this, so I lost two dollars. Bottom line: this car wash is terrible! *** Please "Like" this review. Good place for self service wash. $10.00 for a wash that I added 3 additional minutes. All the brushes and attachments worked good. High foam on the bursh.

Actually parked to get food before washing my car and was told by someone in a white jeep that I was gonna be towed. Had every intention of washing my work van while my kid ate his food but I will take my money elsewhere. Really not friendly and should have asked my intention before assuming. I go there multiple times a week but no longer, another place will get my money from now on. Ppl like this shouldn’t be in business.

No one on-site ever and I visit this location weekly because its close. I have lost a great deal of money here and no way to get it back. Left a note one time and of course no returned call. Also, this location gets alot of boats and the brushes are frequently full of grease and oil and it gets all over your car. Wish it was maintained better.

I went into an empty stall to wash my car to be told that the bay was reserved for Dirty Dave's full service customers and to come back later since all the other bays were full. I won't be driving 11 miles into town again, to be turned away because I wasn't a high enough paying customer. I've used your business before on the car that I just bought, and I'd prefer to wash it myself. I will not be back, to be humiliated at a self service car wash. Bad way to do business. Some signage would help, if it's going to be run under two businesses. Thanks.
