Purcell Tire and Service Center

While crossing Vail Pass on I-70 going towards Denver, chain up was enforced. One of my 4 chains exploded and tore a chunk out of the side wall of my tire…… the tire still held air so I made it to Denver fine, but Denver was only a quarter into my trip. We got a hold of Purcell and they told me to come on in. They were very Professional and quick with the tire change. I was in and out in probably an hour. The service was excellent, (like they probably won’t ever see me again) but the company I drive for comes through Denver all the time and they worked and acted like they wanted our continued business! You can’t go wrong with Purcell tire IMO.

This location did a great job installing two new Michelin steer tires on my tour bus. They worked hard to bring me in and get it done as I was under a time constraint trying to pickup my client at DEN Airport. Rick at the service desk handled everything professionally and with the urgency needed to allow me enough time to get to my pickup on time. Thanks guys.

Have aa Ram 5500 with a 22 Dynamx box on it. Since new, steering wheel not straight and kinda followed groove etc on highway. Then outside of both fronts started showing wear (11K miles) took to them and I could tell a difference within 2 blocks of leaving their facility. Now I do not always have to two hand the steering wheel and it will be a pure joy to go the next 11K miles. WELL DONE!!!!

I wish there was an option to zero stars to this business, an employee by the name of Dwayne is very rude and hung up the phone on my face. In 25 years working in the trucking industry, nobody has ever tried to charge me a no-show fee for an appointment to get my truck serviceThey tried to charge me a $50 no-show fee for an appointment I made for a wheel alignment. Do not do business with this place Dwayne is a jerk

First come first serve. Took care of me immediately (semi truck driving axle) the gentlement checked the tred depth of the tire, he was very respectful. They got me in asap and the service man was very respectful and did a great job.
