Purcell Tire and Service Centers

Had a piece of metal in my tire and they were the only to answer their phone on the day after Christmas. Very friendly and helpful and fast service.

I purchased a $1600 set of tires for my truck from Purcell. They gave me a list of things that I need to replace in order to get a good alignment so I had all of these items replaced with the best quality items on the market and brought it back to Purcell for an alignment And they aligned it and wrote on the ticket no warranty on alignment because ball joint was loose and this was a $800 set of EMF rebuild-able ball joints along with steering link and tie rod ends and I had drove it from the shop that installed them straight to Purcell so I took the truck, after they aligned it, drove it on the bypass and it was a scary ride, very dangerous, so I took it to another shop for alignment and they said the toe was out and they aligned it for me and it drives like it should now not sure what’s g

The men at Purcell Tire are very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy! I’ve been getting my vehicles serviced and repaired there for years and am always satisfied! There prices are reasonable and competitive, you won’t be disappointed!

I almost always have to get a tire ordered and have to wait next day or longer. Called at 9 am and got 2 tires put on by 11am the same day. Guys were friendly and most affordable of all the places I’ve ever had to purchase from. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Overall pretty pleased with the service provided, on the other hand though after 2 hrs and $300 an employee still insisted on stealing from my vehicle and once confronted about it nothing was done or even tried to be figured out. Unprofessional, do better!!!
