It brings me great pleasure to give this well deserved 5 star review of my experience with Pure Auto. I’m somewhat new to the Quad Cities so when it came time for me to find a local mechanic shop I took my search to Google and found Pure Auto. I called to setup an appointment for them to do a full inspection on the pickup truck I recently purchased. The entire process was so easy and I was greatly impressed with how they sent me the detailed information including pictures and descriptions of the work that needed to be performed. There was absolutely no hidden information about what the work they were purposing to do and most importantly I never felt pressured into getting the necessary work done. I was notified via text messages throughout the entire process and that was a huge convenience

I had such a great experience here! Came in for an oil change and a light bulb replacement, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Mindy is the best - super knowledgeable, honest, and really goes above and beyond. She kept me updated the whole time and even sent a detailed inspection with photos, which was so awesome! 😃 The whole process was easy and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their customers, and I feel much better heading into the winter season knowing my car has been checked out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone!

Pure Auto did a fantastic job with my vehicle. They were extremely thorough and did a great job on my oil change. I absolutely love the report they give you to accept or decline services to your vehicle and everyone there was so nice and kind! Highly recommend for any service you need done!

This is the first auto shop I’ve ever felt COMFORTABLE at. I went in for an oil change and they did a full inspection at the same time. Granted that means it was not a 15 minute oil change but the incredible woman at the desk let me know that when I was scheduling. I already knew my car had issues left and right but I wasn’t concerned about them. They gave me a full rundown of their inspection and their recommendations with urgency rankings. Everything had photo evidence and they explained things in person and no work was done until I approved it in person or via the message they sent with all of the same information. Mindy was very helpful and made this a very smooth process. Four tires and lower ballpoint were replaced. She kept me informed throughout the repair process. The price was exactly what I was told. I will be returning for more service in the future.
