Haven't even scheduled service with Ray yet; however, he was upfront about not having an available appointment. I got the diagnostic done at a dealership but their quote was outrageous. I called Ray back to get his take, and while he really did not want to take on that time-consuming of a job, he broke down how much it SHOULD cost (about $1000 less than the quote I received) and offered a potential fix that would be much less expensive. Really appreciated his time and patience. If I decide on the "keep 'er running" option, I'm going to TNT.

Ray is such a good person to have work on your car. He is very upfront and honest about what work he can do and isn't afraid to say when there is something he can't do. He is very reasonable when it comes to the price of work and has saved my family hundreds of dollars going to him and not the dealership or another shop. He is very quick with work that is done and always is willing to move things around if there is something i needed done right away. Never worked with a better mechanic ever. If you ever need work done or just want to talk to a knowledgeable mechanic about an issue Ray is your man.

In my humble opinion, Ray is the most honest, straightforward mechanic I know. He tells you what exactly needs to be fixed and doesn't try to upsell you on any other "fixes" you don't need. He is reasonably priced as well!

Ray was recommended to me as honest and good with Toyotas. I spoke with him and we scheduled a fairly expensive to my vehicle, (timing belt and radiator). I also brought up a concern about a part and he did significant testing to determine if it needed replacement before throwing parts at it. All work was completed on time and I will happily use him again!
