Great car wash every time. Mark is always helpful, friendly, and genuinely cares about the place and the customers. The car wash is always clean, everything works the way it should, and the hoses are in great shape. I really like that they provide cloths and cleaner for your vehicle, and the trash cans are always emptied. You can tell this place is well-maintained and run by good people. Highly recommend.

Never any cleaner out or towels. The vaccums either don't work or ain't out there. It's been this way for over a month. ITS HORRIBLE. And all the good reviews are from this very nice employee that offers free air fresheners for a review!!

Canceled my acct 2 weeks before renewal to avoid any issues. Went to location in ftn city the gm told me to call customer service. So I do and tell them I need a refund cause yall charged me when I already canceled on the 8th. They basically told me they won't let me cancel the acct cause it's under my husband's name. Which upon getting the membership we was told either one of us can cancel. My husband works long hrs that don't align with the car wash hrs so that's also why we did it on the 8th cause he was available. So now we have to pay for an extra month cause my husband don't have availability to call due to his work schedule. All this could have been avoided had They just canceled it on the 8th. I tried to get an unlimited car wash. I was told that they had no way to sign me up for one. Ok. What is the price for a single carwash ? I was told that they are the same cost as unlimited wash.... my choice is i will leave. Not getting ripped off today thanks

Mark was amazing. The tire shine didn’t work on my tires and he came out and sprayed my tires for me. Amazing person to have contact with
