My experience with Purrfect Auto Service was great, Frank was very helpful and the prices were reasonable. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle took his time and did an exceptional job. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about your vehicle.

Labor cost was reasonable, but he tried to pad his pockets secretively with grossly inflated parts prices (200%-400% inflated) on the down low. I found it very shady and dishonest, as he didnt make that clear from the beginning and when I brought it up he even tried to dodge my questions. Detailed story below. I went here for a serpentine belt replacement. When he initially gave me the run down on part prices, he made it seem like he was getting good prices on the parts, even showing me prices on his screen that showed I was getting a “20% off” or deals like that on a lot of it. I later looked at prices online to find out he charged me 2-4 TIMES the prices that online places were charging.
